What is Coaching?
As a coach, my objective is to empower others to make, meet and exceed personal and professional goals – including excelling in the workplace, becoming happy and fulfilled in the home, exploring the self and the world, and achieving ambitions.
All of my coaching programmes are tailored around my client’s requirements. Throughout a programme I will listen to their needs and question and discuss them in a non-judgemental manner.
The inner you is made up of your soul, spirit and character, but we often forget this as we focus so much on the external self. I will help you to explore your inner emotions and teach you how to listen and react to them.
I form partnerships with my clients that challenges them to recognise and build on their strengths, explore their current reality and find positive ways to make changes and move forwards.
What Happens During a Session?
Before I start a coaching programme I will get to know the client and obtain a deep understanding of their needs. We can then start working together to achieve their goals and aspirations step-by-step.
I will sometimes set activities for a client and then review them with them in the next session.
Sessions usually last about upto 2 hours – depending on a client’s requirements. Times are flexible.
Sessions can be conducted over the phone, face-to-face, over email, via Skype and occasionally through instant messaging.
During the session, I will ask you about what you want to get out of life, what areas you are unhappy with and your hopes for the future. You will never be forced to make any decisions that you do not feel comfortable with and all sessions will be confidential, allowing you to explore your thoughts and feelings privately.
