I found coaching to be a very useful experience. It helped me gain greater clarity on my thought processes, limiting factors and the steps required to recalibrate them. Sessions provided me with an effective outlet to express myself, make sense of my experiences and map out hopes for the future.
It enabled me to focus upon and achieve the goals that i set for myself, for example one goal was to focus upon buying a house – i move in next week. one other goal was to refocus my attention in my personal life – my relationship has become stronger as a result.
Well, I had no goals at the time, only visions and Kiki helped turn those visions into goals, while they weren’t materialistic goals, I’ve achieved what I wanted which is to be happy and do a job I enjoy doing, and those boxes are now ticked.
Kiki is very good at gentle nudging; allowing me to find the answers myself, but I can tell from her direction if she thinks I can find more answers. As I trust her judgement it encourages me to think more for myself, and gives me more faith that I can find the answers I need myself
Kiki’s coaching has helped me become more clear about the goals I wanted to achieve. She helped me explore resources that I didn’t realise I had within reach. As a coach myself, it was a great experience to be the client and to be on the receiving end of being asked great coaching questions. It allowed me to experience firsthand the power of coaching
Exactly what to do to achieve them. she supported me in recognising that it is me and only me that can make my goals happen and I identified this through thought provoking prompts from Kiki.
“Coaching has helped me to identify my goals and to evaluate what is important to me. Without my coach I would have found it hard to believe that I could achieve my goals and lacked the motivation and drive needed to achieve them.
Kiki was great at listening to my concerns and pushing me in a gentle way to see ways in how to overcome them. She was brilliant at making me feel at ease in a supportive and nurturing environment.
Greatest thing about my coaching experience was having someone with such positive and motivational attitude getting me to see that anything can be achieved and that all you need is belief and a good strategic plan with well defined goals to get there.”
Kiki helped me to clarify my objectives in setting up a business. The coaching experience also helped me to overcome mental barriers towards reaching my goals. It’s full steam ahead now.
Kiki gave me accountability for my goals and actions and because I’d made a commitment to her to do something, I was more inclined to do it. By setting deadlines, this allowed me to have a timeframe in mind rather than putting things off and taking forever to do things.
I have such a busy life that it’s easy to lose sight of my direction and get stressed. Kiki has helped me hugely by helping me to focus on where I’m heading, reach my goals and keep organised.
Before I started coaching I knew I wanted to achieve so many goals and dreams but my problem was, I didn’t believe in myself enough to go that one step further in actually trying to surmount them. Before I met Kiki I had a lot of self doubt issues linked with my confidence levels. Being a performer you have to have a strong ‘back bone’ in the sense you’ve got to be ready to be knocked down 24-7 otherwise you won’t survive, because of my confidence I found it a lot harder to get back up again as I let the self doubt ‘voices’ in my head get the better of me.
I haven’t known Kiki that long but in the time I’ve known her she’s given me so much guidance and support. We have been able to meet up about three times over the time I’ve known her and during those meetings she has helped me to improve my CV as she specialises in HR. This made me feel confident when I put it forward for my summer internship application. Lastly, she went through typical interview questions with me for the interview, which led me to successfully getting the internship.
