3 things you will benefit from doing today!
Quarantine is not getting any easier as the days pass.
There is still uncertainty and worry. Worry can be a waste of imagination. How about using your imagination differently? Focus and practice daily gratitude instead. What is the worrying giving you daily? How is it serving you?
So more than ever we need to maintain some form of normality and distraction so we don’t get into the trap of focusing on the news too much.
So, today do these 3 things to occupy your mind and self-develop…

- Put your visions on paper now for after quarantine. Maybe your visions have changed over the past few weeks. Re-look at them and put them where you can see them to start manifesting! If you need guidance with this, click here.
- Look into doing an online course that will develop your skills. There are even many free courses you can do and get some form of qualification out of. Now is your chance to upskill and better yourself, even if it’s just for a sense of achievement or you may find a new passion or career path.
But don’t be so hard on yourself, if you’re struggling with routine you’re not alone, you’re just human.
Do what you can, when you can, when you actually want to.
This time is unsettling and far from ideal but we have been given opportunities too, we have been given time, an incredibly valuable resource that we never usually have free.
