Do you Journal?
Journaling – the thing that works its way down the priorities list pretty quickly. So many distractions, apparently little time and something so simple that has unfortunately been commercialised and disrupted.
Journaling generally involves the practice of keeping a diary or journal that explores thoughts and feelings surrounding the events of your life.
Screen time shows us how much time is spent on phones these days. Take a moment to look at this data… imagine if some of that time is utilised in just picking up a pen and writing down just what comes to mind in that instant.
We truly believe that writing is a way to happiness, to joy.
Whether you do it in bed in the morning, throughout the day or in the evening, there is no right or wrong – it’s just you, your journal and a pen connecting.
The benefits (there are countless of them by the way) –
- Provides relief from a stressful day
- Can increase your productivity by keeping track of your life
- It’s FREE
- Keeps attention focused
- Can spark inspiration
- Improved decision making
- Enhanced intention
- Helps you to make positive changes
You may be reading this thinking that all sounds great but HOW do I do it? HOW do I start? HOW do I make it a habit?
Well, I have good news! This is what our event is on this month! So come along if you want to joyfully journal through the years and capture every sensation you feel, think and do…
Date: Thursday, 26 September
Time: 12.00pm – 2.00pm
