Journaling generally involves the practice of keeping a diary or journal that explores thoughts and feelings surrounding the events of your life.
Screen time shows us how much time is spent on phones these days. Take a moment to look at this data… imagine if some of that time is utilised in just picking up a pen and writing down just what comes to mind in that instant.
