SOMETIMES YOU JUST NEED SOME TIME OUT, A DAY FOR YOU. 

It can become the norm to exist in a state of feeling tired and low, where self-care and self-love often falls off, your never ending to do list. Our inner voice often tells us that we need to look after ourselves, but where to start can often feel overwhelming.

  • to give you a space where you can slow down to reconnect with yourself 

  • to show you how to understand how to nurture your heart, brain, and physical wellbeing to replenish and re-energise your whole being

The retreat will be run by Kiki Stanton and Jennifer McDiarmid in the beautiful Cotswolds, combining heart centred wellbeing with Nutritional Therapy to provide you with a complete understanding of how you can prioritise your own physical and emotional happiness.

You will be provided with techniques and knowledge to take away and apply in your everyday life to help ensure you can look after your wellbeing with the new year ahead.
