The goods will not be delivered until the customer’s funds have been paid in full to Kiki Kirby Ltd.

Order Notes

Please note that all transactions will be carried out in GBP. Once you have placed your order, the confirmation will be sent to you via email.

Kiki Kirby Ltd monitors prices on a regular basis. We will not be held responsible for pricing errors due to software malfunctions or human error. This website operates on an ‘invitation to treat’ basis and not as an ‘offer for sale’ as a result, Kiki Kirby Ltd reserves the right to decline orders for bulk or high-value purchases.

If you are a consumer, by law you have the right to cancel your contract before you receive the products or to return any products to us within 7 working days after the date of receipt of the product. It is your responsibility to take care of the products provided by Kiki Kirby Ltd and also to ensure that the products and their packaging are not damaged. Your right to cancel your order after receiving the products shall not apply to:

Kiki Kirby Ltd will accept returns only on faulty goods. Under these circumstances, the buyer must notify and return the goods within 48 hours of receiving them.
