So where do I start with Growth. Firstly let us look at the meaning of growth the act or process, or a manner of growing; development; gradual increase. size or stage of development.

From my teens I have really embraced growth and what life has thrown my way and learnt so much along the way on this subject.
For some of you, you not sure how to allow growth happen, some of you are afraid of change and to grow with your inner self, for some of you are scared and alone, for others you are growing too much and others you just are numb inside. I can relate to ALL of the about over my journey for the last 20 years.
I have tips I wanted to share with you;
Start dreaming – I began dreaming again 5 years ago after I had lost vision and passion for 2 years, where I had got to the stage where I couldn’t leave the house for 6 months because I had anxiety, depression and burn out. Write out your dreams or think about the dreams you had or want to have in your life.
Take a leap of faith – change something in your life if it is not working for you – I left a career and a huge income 5 years ago without knowing what the future looked like or another career in mind, because it was not serving me or making me happy anymore. Make the change you desire in your heart whatever that is, just take the first step.
Find support – I searched and found support to help me and hold my hand during this massive change for myself. Even though it required me to be vulnerable opening my heart, sharing the deep sadness I had within me. It was so challenging and hard at the time but my learning was I wish I had done it sooner in life. I want to help you through the change you desire in your help to regain vision, focus, happiness and find the dreams within you.
Gratitude – get yourself a grateful diary and write in daily, ideally first thing in the morning, being grateful for all your have in your life each day and let it become a healthy self habit.
I am the evidence of how change can happen for you. Change is gradual and allow it to happen don’t fight against it.
