I hear this so often from clients I need to make the time, I need to create more time, I don’t have enough time and the excuses just seem to come up and we blame time.

What if we become better planned with our time, create powerful boundaries, say no more, say YES to ourselves, and slowing down?

Where are you blaming time? When in fact you need to make better choices?

Recently, I had been reminded more than ever to make time to rest, slow down, heal and focus on your wellbeing. Even though this is what we teach and help our clients, I needed to be reminded to make time for this and make it a priority.

Self care, self-love and making time for my health is a priority and some of the things I do monthly are:

  • Buy beautiful natural products to nourish my body as it heals

  • Have reflexology

  • Have a monthly massage

  • Get out in nature daily

  • Have a good among of sleep daily

  • Journal Joyfully

  • Praying
