The chances of us self-isolating are very high and some of us have already made those steps.

It will allow you to re-evaluate and reflect on all areas of your life – your career, your health, your relationships and so on.
You could discover that a big change is needed for you to feel fulfilled and lead with purpose.

Opportunity is all we can focus on right now.
Self-isolation can be looked at as a chance to finish that book, work on a course that’s been put off or do a vision board (help on that here).
But this whole situation is an opportunity to really think about how our planet is being given some peace with less pollution and how grateful we are for the amazing care workers out there that still have to work around the clock to look after those in need.
